Stop the Council from training in Boomtown
The Council has been running some training exercises in Boomtown. Unfortunately, their method of training seems to involve shelling city property. If Boomtown is ever to recover, someone's got to stop the Council from blowing bits of it up. I think that someone if you, Red Tomax.
The Council tends to maintain a presence in the Fuze and the Cannonade. maybe you should start there.
