The Council is holding a half dozen influential citizens in an office for ransom. You need to save those citizens from their Council captors. Hurry, before it's too late!
The Council has been known to brainwash abductees into doing its will. You had better get those people out, and quickly.
The windows have been sound-proofed, so that no screams can alert passersby.
Mission Complete: You rescued all the hostages.
The people you rescued are extremely grateful, Red Tomax. Apparently, the Council employs very sophisticated brainwashing techniques. If you hadn't shown up when you did, those people may have been minions of the Council forever!
