My new TV was supposed to arrive today. I rang the couriers (Interlink Express) at lunch to find out when the delivery was due as the reference number I had been given was not showing any results with their tracking service. I was told that I wouldn't get delivery today as the tracking number did not exist on their system yet. So I went into work, and came home to find a "sorry, we missed you" note had been delivered - not happy? You could say that.
